Each year, our Chairman of the Board, Aldo Tesi, awards an exceptional ES&S associate with our highest honor — the Chairman’s Award for Leadership. This award recognizes individuals for outstanding leadership and exemplary performance.
This year’s recipient is Al Moraczewski, Director of Field Services. Al started his career at ES&S in December of 1999, and over his nearly 20 years of service has been instrumental in building a team and culture that lives above and beyond “the line.” He is the seventh recipient of the Chairman’s Award.

The ES&S Chairman’s Award is the highest honor that ES&S bestows upon any associate. When evaluating the qualities of a potential nominee the criteria that are considered include the following:
• Consistent role model on company core values
• Broad and demonstrated influence on ES&S Key Results success
• Appreciated and accepted across all areas and levels within the company
• Sustained and successful past performance, as well as, clearly demonstrates the ability to deliver future contributions
This year’s winner truly fulfills all the requirements listed above and then some. I’m pleased to announce this year’s winner of the ES&S 2018 Chairman’s Award is Al Moraczewski.
Al started his career with ES&S as the Director of Field Services in December of 1999. Over his nearly 20 years of service Al has faced many challenges and has had a huge impact on our overall success. His ability to get people to perform to their full potential is a remarkable skill and is one of the reasons why the Field Services Department consistently meets or exceeds expectations year after year.
Al consistently lives our core values and follows the Oz Principle and works extremely hard each and every day.
